  • Full transparency to our investors - We strive to keep investors constantly updated and informed regarding our acquisitions, from:

    • Deal Initiation to close

    • Asset operational management with performance reports

    • Exit strategy — Refinance or sale, depending on the nature of the deal

  • Working together — Over the years, we have created a dynamic network of real estate professionals involved in all aspects of the business. We leverage their expertise and involve them on all potential and acquired investments.

  • Integrity in the numbers — We take pride in analyzing and vetting potential properties meticulously. If the numbers don’t make sense to us, we will not move forward with it.

  • The long game — We do not believe that this is a get-rich-quick business and will never promote that. Our firm belief is in long-term wealth building and management for ourselves and our investors.

Raihan Ferdous

Founder and Partner - raihan@cheferkon.com

Raihan is a highly passionate entrepreneur with a fifteen-year Information Technology background, and has been investing in real estate since 2009. Having worked with many talented, professional, and influential people over the years, he has envisioned a successful lifelong cash flow system through utmost diligence and perseverance. Hence he partnered with Cheferkon, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for like-minded investors.

Raihan is based in Lawrenceville, GA. and focused on investments in the Atlanta Metro area.

Gregory Chew

Founder and Partner - greg@cheferkon.com

Gregory comes from an IT background of over twenty years, with a focus on design and high-level architecture for large desktop environments. A graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science, he has a deep propensity for an attention to detail and a lover of numbers. Gregory has actively partnered in multifamily investments totaling over 380 units.

Gregory is very family-focused, a proud father of two children, ages 9 and 12, and in a loving marriage of over fourteen years.

 

ED MODZEL, SENIOR ADVISOR

Ed has been investing in real estate since 1981, and currently focusing on multifamily apartment property investments in the Atlanta, GA area. He is a general partner and limited partner in over 1,200 apartments.

 

ROD KHLEIF, SENIOR ADVISOR

Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2,000 homes and apartments. As one of the country’s top real estate, business, and peak performance luminaries, Rod has also built over 23 businesses in his 40 year business career several which have been worth tens of millions of dollars.*
